The Roster
The Roster is a private membership for Florida's most accomplished entrepreneurs, investors, and executives. There is no public directory. Members are not announced. What happens inside stays inside.
Membership is extended by application. The panel reviews applications once, at close. There is no rolling admission.

A $5,000 review fee accompanies every application. It is non-refundable. Admission is determined solely by the panel and is not guaranteed by any fee.
A Closed Membership.
Miami's chapter is closed at 500 seats, Tampa Bay's at 150. There is no expansion round. When a seat becomes available, the waitlist is contacted privately.
The Annual Index.
Each year, a bound volume is printed and delivered to members. It is not available publicly. It contains the full membership — names, profiles, and the year's prize recipients.

The Annual Prize
Ten recipients. $1,000,000 each. Every December.
Each year, the ten most exceptional members of The Roster receive $1,000,000. Not the most connected. Not the wealthiest. The ten who distinguished themselves above everyone else in the room that year.
There is no stage, no pitch, no application. The panel reviews the membership in full and makes its selections privately. Recipients are contacted directly. The names appear once — in the annual Index.
How Selection Works
Member Nominations Open
Each November, members submit private nominations. One name. No campaigning.
The Panel Deliberates
Nominations are weighed against the panel's independent review of every member's year.
Recipients Are Notified
Ten members receive a private call in early December. No public announcement is made.
The Wire Is Sent
$1,000,000 per recipient, transferred before the Index is delivered.
For Members
Small gatherings. No agenda, no presentations. Members are selected by the panel for each table. The conversations that matter most rarely happen in public.
