The Roster
The Roster is a private membership institution for entrepreneurs, investors, developers, and executives with real records of building, funding, and leading consequential work. There is no public directory. Members are not announced. What happens inside stays inside.
Membership is extended by application. The panel reviews applications once, at close. There is no rolling admission.

A $5,000 review fee accompanies every application. It is non-refundable. Admission is determined solely by the panel and is not guaranteed by any fee.
A Closed Membership.
Miami's chapter is closed at 500 seats, Tampa Bay's at 150. There is no expansion round. When a seat becomes available, the waitlist is contacted privately.
The Annual Index.
Each year, a bound volume is printed and delivered to every member. Not available publicly. Each member receives a full-page profile — their year, their work, their story. Dedicated section for Prize Recipients.
$1,000,000. Every December.
Up to ten exceptional members each receive $1,000,000 — nominated by fellow members and deliberated on by the panel. Selected privately. Recipients are announced at the Annual Gala, where each is invited to address the membership.
For Members
Every application is reviewed against a standard, not a checklist. The panel evaluates what you've built, funded, or shaped and may request documentation to verify it. Revenue records, cap tables, investment history, portfolio performance, etc. The Roster is not a club for people who can afford the fee, it's an institution for people who have earned their seat.

The number of prizes awarded reflects the quality of the class and the standard upheld that year. Members nominate privately, the panel deliberates. Recipients are contacted directly, announced in the Annual Index and at the Annual Gala.
