These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website located at the-roster.net (the "Site"), operated by The Roster LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("The Roster," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Joining the waitlist is free and carries no obligation. Providing your name and email address places you on our internal waitlist. Waitlist members will be notified before applications open to the general public. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation to apply, nor does it guarantee acceptance to The Roster.
We reserve the right to remove any person from the waitlist at our sole discretion and without notice.
When applications open, a non-refundable application fee of $5,000 USD will be required at the time of submission. This fee covers the cost of review by the panel and does not constitute a deposit toward membership. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance.
All application fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal of application, rejection by the panel, or cancellation of the program.
Accepted applicants will be invited to pay an annual membership fee of $50,000 USD, due within 14 days of notification of acceptance. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Membership decisions are made at the sole discretion of the panel and are final.
The Roster reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for conduct deemed inconsistent with the standards of the organization. No refund of membership fees will be issued upon revocation.
The Roster intends to award $1,000,000 to each of ten members annually (the "Annual Prize"). The Annual Prize is a contest based on merit as determined by the panel. Selection criteria, eligibility requirements, and official contest rules will be published separately prior to the first award cycle.
The Roster reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Annual Prize at any time, subject to applicable law and any published contest rules in effect at the time.
All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, and the The Roster name and mark, is the property of The Roster LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Roster LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any program offered by The Roster.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
