The Roster LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the-roster.net. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide when using our Site or joining our waitlist.
We take privacy seriously. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, and chapter preference (Miami or Tampa Bay). This is the only information collected at the waitlist stage.
When applications open, we will collect additional information necessary to evaluate your application. That information will be governed by the application terms in effect at that time.
We use the information you provide solely to operate the waitlist, notify you when applications open, and communicate with you regarding The Roster. We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any third-party purpose.
Waitlist data is stored securely via Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your information only as long as necessary to operate the waitlist or as required by law.
You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing info@the-roster.net. We will delete your information from our records within 30 days of your request.
This Site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not track your behavior across other websites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
